Description

The TH 615, TH 622 & TH 625 loudspeakers are compact two-way vented system. This system is designed for near field applications in distributed sound reproduction or reinforcement.

The system is based on low frequency drivers with a “Ferro-fluid” cooled high frequency dome driver coupled to horn. The enclosure is of trapezoidal shape to reduce cabinet reflection causing colorations. The enclosure is manufactured with 15 mm Finnish birch woods glued together in conjunction with dado joints to assure the highest quality of robustness. The removable foam attached to the grille protects the driver from splash water and dust. Two Nutrik Speakon® male connectors assure reliable electrical connections and the possibility to feed the signal through the system. A passive network, utilizing polypropylene capacitors, is used to reduce hysteretic effects.

It is recommended to extend the low frequency range with subwoofers such as the compact band pass TH 625B & TH 628B for well-balanced sound reproduction.
